Gyms are great - but it is not a soc...Toughie.....<br /><br />Gyms are great - but it is not a social time where you will enjoy being around and sharing the "experience" with others... I find it to be a more isolating time - unless you're there with someone... <br /><br />But on the good side, there are a bigger variety of workouts, and the opportunity to do more and heavier weights.<br /><br />I signed up for a year at Ballys... I've been running there in the mornings a couple times a week and I have a weekely evening step class.., but I've not been going in the evenings...Its a real waste of money if you don't use the crap outa the membership.<br /><br />Sorry...no real conclusion here. :DTamzinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17050745938546570253noreply@blogger.com
